About the Role
As the Platform Production/Content Manager, you will oversee the planning, development, production, and management of content across Maxima’s platforms, including Views Channel and FoodBay TV. You will manage content schedules, curate engaging content, supervise the content and production team, monitor performance, and ensure content aligns with audience needs, organisational objectives, and client requirements.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage content plans and calendars for assigned platforms.
Curate and coordinate engaging, relevant, and audience-focused content.
Oversee the production, editing, scheduling, and publishing of content.
Manage and supervise the Channel Lead, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, and other assigned personnel.
Ensure consistency in content quality, tone, branding, and platform standards.
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and reach.
Coordinate with creative, production, marketing, and other teams to deliver platform content.
Monitor content-related budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements & Specs
B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in content management, TV production, digital media, or a related role.
Experience managing content calendars, production schedules, and multiple content projects.
Professional certification such as PMP is an added advantage.
