About the Role
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies that support the organization's goals. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with employment regulations, drive talent acquisition and performance management initiatives, and champion employee engagement across the business.
What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
• Drive performance management, learning, and development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements & Specs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
